Let’s Get to Know You
Counselling Services
I offer in-person, online, and phone counselling sessions for adults aged 16 or over in the United Kingdom. I am an integrative counsellor using person-centred and psychodynamic modalities in my practice. Each person brings along their own unique personality, perspectives, and challenges and I strive to meet each person where they are.

The number of sessions needed is unique to each individual. This depends on the material you bring to sessions, what you want to get out of counselling, and how easy or difficult it is for you to talk about your feelings. I recommend a commitment of six sessions. It is helpful to have a review at the beginning of our sixth session to review how you feel our sessions are going. Of course our sessions are for YOU, and you can stop at any time.

Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Integrative Counselling is counselling that draws from different modalities. I am trained in person-centred and psychodynamic counselling. I believe that therapeutic change happens when someone becomes their most authentic self. We’ll work together to chisel away at any beliefs, defences, or attitudes that no longer serve you.

You can bring anything into our sessions that you feel comfortable talking about. It is important that you move through counselling at your own pace, and I will never push or pressure you to talk about anything you do not want to or are not ready to talk about.

When you come in for counselling, momentum is important. Regular weekly sessions build trust and help deepen self-awareness. For this reason, I recommend weekly sessions. For some clients, bi-weekly can be a good option, so I offer this on a case-by-case basis.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
